- How do I view or order products?
You simply order from the website by adding items to your cart and check out by paying with credit cards or online banking.
- How will I know if my order has been received?
After placing your order, you will receive a web confirmation as well as an email confirmation.
- Is it safe to order online?
Ordering from NauNau website is safe and secure. We comply with the “Confidentiality Policy" to make sure every customer's information is not to be sent to unauthorized parties. If you do not feel comfortable ordering online, we are happy to take your order via Facebook, Instagram.
- Do you accept international orders?
International Orders are accepted, we use DHL service for delivery.
- How long does it take for domestic shipping?
Domestic shipping usually takes 1-3 days in Victoria. For other cities, it can take up to 4-7 days to be delivered.
- How does “Cash On Delivery" (COD) work?
Customers within 3km from our stores' locations, orders will be shipped directly to your address and cash payment will be made on delivery when the customer is happy with the purchase.
- What is the return policy?
NauNau will accept return or exchange within 3 days after purchase or receive date. We will only accept items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Return or exchange is only applied one time for each purchase.

NauNau products are a combination of natural ingredients that are friendly to the environment and handmade with undeniable results. NauNau, inspired by nature as well as modern technology, wants to deliver products that are safe, and efficacious for consumers.
Our top priority is consumer safety when using our products. We choose the best quality natural ingredients to occupy the majority of every NauNau's product. When there is no reliable or effective natural ingredient available, we use a synthetic derivative.
- Are NauNau products animal cruelty free?
Our products are 100% animal cruelty free. NauNau does not test our products on animals, and we are deeply committed to the elimination of animal testing.
